According to Deadline, Sarah Shahi (Person of Interest, The L Word) has recently joined the cast to DC and New Lines ‘BLACK ADAM’ starring Dwayne Johnson as the titular role, and Noah Centineo as Atom Smasher.
Sarah Shahi is playing a character who is a “university professor and freedom fighter leading the resistance in Kahndaq.” The news of her involvement first came from The Illuminerdi. Sarah is currently filming ‘Sex/Life’ for Netflix and is repped by McKeon Myones Entertainment, CAA and Vision PR.
Black Adam is being directed by Jaume Collet-Serra and produced by Dany Garcia and Hiram Garcia of Seven Bucks Productions and Beau Flynn of FlynnPictureCo. FlynnPictureCo’s Scott Sheldon will be executive producing the upcoming feature.
