Recently, interviewers got the chance to speak with two stars of the upcoming Halo series coming to Paramount Plus. The new series finds Master Chief (Pablo Shrieber) defending humanity against the alien threat known as the Covenant.

Yerin Ha (Kwan Ha Boo) and Jen Taylor (Cortana) sat down roundtable to answer questions about the show. They spoke of their experiences bringing the rich history of the video game franchise to life.

Representing the GWW was none other than Brian Villar to ask a few questions. Here is some of the insight from none other than Cortana herself, Jen Taylor.

Taylor: “No. I came in sort of late to it and things were pretty well established. I think people were feeling pretty confident with the work that they have done. I’m not going to be able to add to their characters or give them any information about their characters. So, I don’t feel like I shared much of my experience in that way on set. (points to co-star Yerin Ha) Yerin and I, this is the first time we’ve really hung out together and we don’t have any scenes together. So, in particular, no with her.”

“That wasn’t a thing because they’d really worked hard to figure out the world, the Halo world, before I got there. So it was already well established. They knew what they were doing.”

Halo stars Pablo Schreiber, Natascha McElhone, Yerin Ha, Charlie Murphy, Shaban Azmi, Bokeem Woodbine and Jen Taylor as the voice of Cortana.

Halo premieres on Paramount Plus March 24, 2022.
